A. Job Description

1. Ensure the implementation of all policies and procedures to guarantee product quality is achieved in a timely and effective manner.

2. Ensure garment production quality meets the required standards by conducting quality and compliance inspections during the production process.

3. Perform quality control during garment manufacturing.

4. Establish processes and requirements for product inspections, identify defects, and carry out necessary repairs or corrections.

5. Ensure, in general, that clothing products are evaluated based on specific criteria.

6. Review and provide recommendations for rejected/damaged products for repair (problem solving).

Position description:

Responsible for serving and assisting customers whilst overseeing sales of products and services for their employer.

Primary Responsibilities:

Examine merchandise

Requirements:

• At least Senior High School/Diploma/Bachelor's degree from reputable universities

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a store crew in a sales environment, preferably within the retail industry.

• Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques

Job Summary :

Carrying out the operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment, plumbing, and cooling machines in the floor and back office areas in accordance with applicable procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure all building utilities such as AC, lighting, and lift function properly through routine inspections
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on store facilities and equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Conduct cleaning and servicing of technical components like cooling towers, grease traps, and filters
• Handle minor infrastructure repairs such as ceramic tiles and wall repainting in store areas
• Prepare and submit utility billing reports for electricity, water chiller, and telephone usage

Job Summary :

Ensuring the IT network in the store runs smoothly by conducting regular checks and providing solutions to IT issues, thereby supporting the store's operational efficiency in managing the sales system.
