Tanggung Jawab Utama

·   Menyapa, menyambut, dan melayani pelanggan dengan ramah dan profesional.

·   Memastikan stok dan tampilan produk tetap rapi dan menarik.

·   Mengoperasikan sistem point of sale (POS) dan menangani transaksi penjualan dengan efisien.

·   Membantu dalam proses inventaris dan pengaturan ulang toko.

·   Memberikan informasi produk yang akurat dan memberikan saran penjualan yang sesuai kepada pelanggan.

·   Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian area toko sesuai standar perusahaan.

Kualifikasi dan Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan

·   Setidaknya 1 tahun pengalaman dalam pekerjaan ritel atau layanan pelanggan.

·   Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dan kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam tim.

·   Energetik, berorientasi pada layanan pelanggan, dan memiliki etos kerja yang kuat.

·   Memiliki pengetahuan tentang tren fashion terkini dan produk-produk kami.
